Lineup wird nicht bekanntgegeben bis kurz vor Beginn des Festivals...
Tickets werden ab dem 1.4. ausschliesslich online und per Telefon verkauft und sind normalerweise innerhalb einiger weniger Stunden ausverkauft.
Besucher waren im letztem Jahr ca. 160.000 pro Tag...
Da es keine offiziellen Lineups vor dem Verkauf der Tickets gibt kursieren nur Gerüchte und Aussagen von Bands selber... diese gelten dann in den Fankreisen als Bestätigung (z.B. wenn eine Band in einem Interview sagt das sie spielen)
einige dieser Quasi-Bestätigungen sind z.B.

andere Bands sind nur im Gerücht... z.B.

- etc...
Ohne jegliche Bestätigungen ist die Gerüchteküche dann immer interessant.
Das besondere an Glastonbury ist die Stimmung und die ganze Veranstaltungsart. Alternativ... der ganze Gewinn geht an Organisationen wie z.B. Greenpeace... Keine Konzertagentur als Veranstalter... nur Läden die dem Grundgedanken des Festivals entsprechen... Mystische Gegend (Avalon etc)... Viele Freaks...
Das Glastonbury Festival gibt es seit mehr als 25 Jahren und gilt als die Mutter aller Festivals in Europa. Ehr Happening.
Der Grund warum die Bands erst so spät genannt werden ist weil der Veranstalter ganz bewusst nicht will das die Leute wegen einzelnen Bands kommen sondern wegen dem Festivalgedanken.
Es gibt sehr viele Bühnen, ich glaube ca.10 mit unterschiedlichem Stil...
Wäre für mich halt mal was besonderes das man meiner Meinung nach vielleicht auch mal mitgemacht haben sollte...
